Event description
Our panelists have worked diligently over the last two years to enhance their emotional intelligence and strategically leverage it to advocate for themselves. As a result, they have commanded control of their career path and are navigating it brilliantly in their male-dominated environments.
We'll have candid conversations regarding the following:
• Owning and proactively leveraging your strengths.
• Identifying your weakness' and developing strategies to manage them so they don’t become liabilities.
• Becoming more strategic and business-minded so you position yourself as a business leader.
• Take responsibility for your professional development and managing your career path
• Becoming more situationally aware and emotionally in control so you are better equipped to navigate the political
structure within your organization.
• Navigating the psychological and relational issues that get more sophisticated and challenging as you ascend the
corporate ladder.
• How to become more visible and promotable.
