Who Are You? Leaning Into Your Character Strengths

HBA Midwest region is pleased to announce our newest affinity group – Women in Transition. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. This inaugural event will be held in partnership with HBA Chicago - Northern Suburbs. Please join us on October 17 for an interactive leadership and personal discovery workshop and facilitated discussion with Maura Koutoujian, PCC, CPHWC, a career and wellness coach with Coaching Through Conversation in Chicago. Participants will be asked to take the VIA assessment of character strengths in advance of the event Registrants will automatically receive a link with instructions. During the workshop, Maura will guide participants through finding the connections between their unique character strengths profile and the value that they add to organizations. Participants will leave the workshop with their own Impact Statement to help guide them on their next steps in their career journey. Come join us and support our newest HBA Affinity Group.

Onsite (walk-in) registration: Is allowed

    Onsite registration is not recommended. If you choose to register onsite, please arrive at least fifteen
    minutes early and be prepared to use your smartphone/mobile device to complete the transaction.
    Only credit card payments are accepted. Nonmembers are advised to create an HBA profile
    prior to arriving.
