HBA ZURICH-ZUG PRESENTS

Building Better Brains

Could the secret of becoming a better leader lie in neuroscience?

HBA Zurich – Zug and BMS B-NOW are proud to present Dr. Martina Muttke, author of "Build Better Brains - A Leader's journey into the World of Neuroscience."
Join us and learn about how the advances in neuroscience can prepare today’s leaders to understand emotions and build a culture of empathy and motivation. Implanting this type of brain-based leadership may promote higher confidence, improved relationships between employees, and increased productivity.

Dr. Martina Muttke is a Swiss-based executive with 25 years senior leadership experience working for global players in Pharma and Biotech. Martina has developed and led organizations through major transformation and change. She holds a doctorate in medicine, a business education from Harvard, and is an ICF accredited coach. Today, Martina coaches CEOs and top executives, advises Healthcare companies, and is the accomplished author. With her workshops and keynotes she travels the world to share her message on leadership and neuroscience.
