HBA LONDON PRESENTS

Panel Event: Leveraging Cross-sector Experience to Transform Life Sciences and 2018 HBA WOTY Webcast

Join HBA London for our annual WOTY celebration, as we honor Dr. Julie Gerberding, MD, MPH, executive vice president for strategic communications, global public policy and population health and chief patient officer, of MSD, named 2018 Woman of the Year by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Reflecting on Dr. Gerberding's leadership experience across the public, private and non-profit sectors, alongside the virtual WOTY screening, we will also be hosting a live panel discussion to highlight the value of employees who can function across boundaries and sectors, and bring in new ways of thinking from other industries.

Nearly 2,500 leaders across the industry will celebrate this year’s honorees during the 29th annual Woman of the Year (WOTY) event in New York City. This year’s program brings to you an innovative program featuring inspiring speakers and panelists in healthcare from the event live in New York.

The WOTY event, which attracts women and men from throughout the healthcare industry, showcases the HBA’s core purpose of furthering the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare. Also lauded will be Nick Colucci, chairman and CEO of Publicis Health as the 2018 HBA Honorable Mentor, Terri Pascarelli, CEO of AIT Bioscience as the 2018 HBA STAR (Strategic Transformation Achievement Recognition) and a group of some 100 Rising Stars and Luminaries, noted for their accomplishments and contributions to the healthcare industry, also will be presented at the WOTY event.
