Managing Up: Exerting Influence Across All Levels of the Organization

Join the HBA New England Region’s Tomorrow’s Executives Affinity Group for an interactive program on managing up. Whether you are an individual contributor or managing multiple team members, today’s matrix organizations require employees to learn how to ethically influence others, regardless of their position in the organization. Dr. Tiffany Thiel will share strategies for developing a positive relationship with your manager, and discuss tips for leading without authority. Following the brief presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to network in small breakout groups to form meaningful connections and share tips for success.
