New Date: Moving the Needle: Driving Towards Gender Equality In Corporate America

Anyone looking to take an active role in creating change are invited to join us in this limited seating event as we share information and skills needed to champion gender initiatives and learn what you can do to support the cause. Hear from our esteemed panel of speakers about their journey and how they were champions of change and enabled their organizations attain success and help close the gender gap.

Industry leaders Linda DaSilva, core member of the HBA; Jacopo Leonardi, 2016's HBA Honorable Mentor; Shannon Resetich, 2017 HBA chair-elect; and Denice Torres, 2015 HBA Woman of the Year, will tell their stories. Moderated by Kristy Aro, HBA New York, vice president the panelists will share their stories, including:

• Advocating for women in leadership roles
• How men can play a key role in bringing about gender parity
• Strategies, challenges and successes they experienced
• Ideas of how we, as individuals, can bring about change
