Leading with Intention in the Age of AI: Reflection Circle

A Hispanic Heritage Month Reflection Circle: This intimate conversation will create space to celebrate the cultural experiences, perspectives, and values that shape how we show up as leaders. Attendees will explore how identity and lived experience can be powerful sources of leadership wisdom, particularly as AI changes how we communicate, make decisions, and create opportunity.

Together, we’ll consider where technology can advance, and where greater intention, cultural awareness, and human judgment are needed. Participants will hear perspectives that may affirm their own experiences while expanding how they think about leadership across difference. Most importantly, attendees will leave with a clearer sense of what they want to carry forward, protect, and influence as we shape a more welcoming future of work.
