HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Make It Happen - Lessons from Leaders

Event details
Hear from five senior leaders from different areas of healthcare about the challenges they have faced throughout their career and how they have overcome them, why they made some of the decisions they did, and if they would do anything differently and any general tips for people who are earlier on in their career. Each speaker will focus on a different aspect, but they will all be linked under the heading ‘make it happen’, which is all around encouraging people to take responsibility for their own careers and progression, ensuring they are being proactive.

Each speaker will talk for five to ten minutes, with time for Q&A afterwards, followed by networking. We will also request some questions in advance of the event to ensure plenty of time for considered responses. These questions can be directed to ukhbachapter@gmail.com.

Learning objectives
1. Overcome challenges or hurdles in your career
2. Make decisions around career vs home life
