Endurance and Power: Health and Wellness Ride

Balancing work life, family life and personal time can be tough to achieve. Take time with HBA Dallas to sweat it out at Cyclebar Lakeside Market. Join us for a 45-minute spin class with instructors who will discuss the benefits of health and wellness. Discover the benefits of cycling, including pushing past mental limits you may have had about your physical fitness and how to develop a plan for future balance of work and health. This will be a great opportunity not only to take time for yourself, but also enjoy the company of fellow industry colleagues. 


Discussion accompanied by light refreshments.
