Conscious Confidence

Event description
Join HBA Atlanta as we recognize the mentees and mentors who completed 2015 mentorship program. We will also explore the concept of conscious confidence within both our professional and personal lives with HBA Atlanta member Nancy Wolk, principal of eMentoring Connect, an online mentorship program for the healthcare industry. After all, confidence matters as much as competence.

1. Why as women, we must leverage conscious confidence as a strength
2. Description of conscious confidence and how it links to our emotional intelligence.
3. Leverage conscious confidence as a strength.
4. Identify tactics to assess one’s self-confidence and how to close the confidence gap.
