The World needs more Allies to change
What is a LGBTQI Ally? Can you be an Ally to more than the LGBTQI community?
In the LGBTQI community we have long relied on allies to help shaping their workplace and company culture and make it more inclusive.
During this workshop we will discuss some of the issues LGBTQI+ colleagues and Allies might face in the workplace, provide a safe place for all to discuss tools and actions everyone can take as well as sharing some best practices from our panel of swiss leaders of the LGBTQI company employee networks from DSM, J&J, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer and Roche.
