HBA NY TRI-STATE REGION PRESENTS

Cancelled: Fit to Lead: Resolution Yoga in Central New Jersey

Join fellow HBA members and guests in a non-conventional networking setting. Hear words of wisdom and encouragement from Denise Sena, senior director of global demand planning, Celgene, 2014 HBA Luminary and former leader of the HBA NY/NJ Fit to Lead program, as she gives pointers on how to remain calm in challenging situations.

Then we'll continue with a 90-minute Bikram yoga session (hot yoga). Bikram yoga is a type of yoga that involves a sequence of 26 sets of poses and two breathing and is usually done in a heated room at or above body temperature. Studies have shown that a regular yoga practice can help lessen back pain, sharpen the mind, improve mood and even lower blood pressure. All experience levels welcome.
