The Journey to Board Member - Personal Stories and Practical Advice
Join us for an exciting HBA event focused on helping women in healthcare attain positions on company boards. Cindy Burrell, President of Diversity in Boardrooms, will share her “must do” tips for securing a board position. She'll introduce three women board members board members, in this round table event, who will share the exciting stories and brutal truth about their journeys to the board, what it’s like to sit on a board, and what you should do if you seek to secure a position on a company board.
Light breakfast will be served, great tips will be shared, and wonderful networking will occur through small group conversations.
Please note participants in this event should be Director-level and above in their corporation. i.e., Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, SVPs, and CXOs in their company will come together to gain insight on how to be a Board Director.
