One of the most challenging issues facing leaders today is setting aside time for personal leadership development. An article in Harvard Business Review states that leaders often fail to succeed because they fail to development themselves, sacrificing it for business needs or to develop other talent. This results in flat, formless leadership and a decrease in overall effectiveness. In this interactive session, you will learn:

Please join us to hear Thresette Briggs share her expertise. Thresette is the president and chief performance officer of Performance 3, LLC, a management consulting firm and national WBE headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Performance 3 (P3) is dedicated to partnering with executives, leaders and teams to achieve high performance through coaching, training and speaking services that develop competency and capacity. P3 has partnered with global, diverse organizations with up to 10,000 employees and revenues over $13 billion to deliver services for conferences, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats, webinars and workshops in multiple industries including automotive, consulting, construction, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing and nonprofit.
An award-winning consultant with over 20 years expertise, Thresette has been featured as a leadership performance expert in conferences, on radio shows and as a presenter and contributing author for national and international organizations and publications. She holds multiple certifications including SHRM-SCP, coach, professional speaker, development dimensions international (DDI) facilitator and is a member of the John Maxwell team. Through her speaking service, Thresette has performed as a voice talent for an Emmy award-winning production company.
Thresette received her bachelor of business administration from The Wichita State University and her master’s in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an adjunct professor for the Indiana Wesleyan University DeVoe School of Business and actively serves in leadership on nonprofit boards in the community.
