Leadership FORM - Do You Have It?

Event description
One of the most challenging issues facing leaders today is setting aside time for personal leadership development. An article in Harvard Business Review states that leaders often fail to succeed because they fail to development themselves, sacrificing it for business needs or to develop other talent. This results in flat, formless leadership and a decrease in overall effectiveness. In this interactive session, you will learn:

•The importance of FORM in achieving three-dimensional leadership
•Techniques for improving focus, identifying missed opportunity, desired results and creating accurate measures
