Talent Meets Experience. Mentoring that Moves You: This event offers a unique possibility for experience sharing, leadership development and dynamic speed mentoring. The evening opens with an insightful panel discussion and continues with short one-on-one sessions that connect young talents with experienced pharma leaders.
Mentors share what influenced their careers, what they would no longer repeat and the tools and patterns that guide them today. The value of the event lies in the mix of getting to know industry peers and sharing valuable experiences. Participants grow their network while taking part in deep and meaningful conversations. The focus is career development, leadership insights and personal growth.
