HBA ST. LOUIS PRESENTS

Use the Power of Teams to Rapidly Discover Innovative Solutions to Complex Business Problems

Event description
Join HBA St. Louis as we host Deborah Schroeder-Saulnier to discuss methods to harness the collective power of teams to accelerate decision-making and change implementation. This discussion will focus on rapid formation of teams, as well as how to quickly hone the focus of the team. Sometimes the best answer is not simply A or B, or either/or, but rather a hybrid solution that can only be unlocked when the team transcends to high-performing. The strongest and most innovative solutions are frequently realized by pursuing two contrasting options at the same time, using the existing resources that you have in front of you today. Learn ways to leverage the past and present experiences of all team members to drive results in our changing healthcare ecosystem. Attendees will learn a dynamic critical-thinking process anyone can use to define the strategic tensions within his or her organization, identify the potential of seemingly conflicting options and develop action steps to maximize the benefits of each.

Register early - the first 25 registrants will receive a complimentary copy of Deborah Schroeder-Saulnier's new book "The Power of Paradox: Harness the Energy of Competing Ideas to Uncover Radically Innovative Solutions". She will be available for book signing after the event.
