HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Women in Science and Technology: Retaining and Promoting Female Talent

This event has reached capacity and is now closed for registration. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our Women in Science event aims to explore how female talent has been affected by questions relating to retention and promotion. Our panel will delve into how industry and academia face similar and sometimes different challenges during this process and share some strategic initiatives they employ to help motivate and support such a talented pool of women. This will be followed by our speakers who will give insights into some real life scenarios that some of you may be familiar with and some tools to help you find your way through your scientific career advancement.

We invite you to join this interesting discussion, to share challenges you have faced in your scientific and/or technology career and solutions that positively impacted your career. You will also have the opportunity to meet our powerful speakers, some of whom have helped create a pathway for women in science and technology. Come ask your questions and be inspired by the way today’s companies facilitate retention and promotion of talented women like you.
