We are all aware there is a gender gap at the leadership levels in healthcare. Leveraging Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to close the gap is the subject Dr. Shawn Andrews' interactive presentation. Dr Andrews will discuss gender bias, barriers to leadership and communication differences in the workplace. She will also share recommendations for individuals and organizations based on her research.
