HBA ORANGE COUNTY AND HBA NEW YORK PRESENTS

Using G.R.A.C.E. to Spark Post Traumatic Growth

"No Mud, Not Lotus."

As we all know, the last twenty months haven't been easy. It's been traumatic on many levels, but like the beautiful lotus flower, we can experience post-traumatic growth.

HBA Global Board Member and former NY Chapter President, Michael OBrien, will lead a workshop that will help you use this moment to grow through his G.R.A.C.E. model and set you for your best year ever in 2022.

Additional Information
About Michael OBrien: Before preventing bad moments from turning into a bad day, as the Chief Shift Officer at Peloton Executive Coaching, Michael O’Brien was a healthcare executive. Michael experienced his last bad day when a speeding SUV hit him head-on during a morning bike ride. His doctors predicted a grim future, but he knew there was another way, which started with healing his mind so that he could heal his body. While in the hospital, he began his Pause Breathe Reflect mindfulness practice which is now a global movement that is rippling self-care, gratitude, and kindness. He started his HBA journey in 2003 and was the former NY Chapter President and currently serves on the Global Board of Directors. He has shared his personal transformational Last Bad Day story and leadership advice on the TEDx stage, with Fortune 500 companies, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Real Simple, ABC, and NBC.
