We will be joined by our speaker, Caroline Maksimow, licensed clinical social worker specializing in work-life balance and managing professional stressors. Learn what the “imposter syndrome” is and how to recognize thinking patterns that may contribute to a lack of self-confidence, burnout and perfectionism.
