Executive-level Women: Claiming Your Seat on a Corporate Board (2-Part Series)

In 2020, Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index showed that only 19.8% of Fortune 1000 corporate directors were women. Even though the evidence overwhelmingly shows that companies with more diversity at the highest levels of the organizations and throughout the ranks sees a higher return on investment overall (Catalyst Reports). It is time that companies take advantage of this untapped pool of qualified board candidates. It's time that we increase the representation of women who serve on corporate boards. It does take time, effort and preparation to ensure that you, an executive-level women is board ready!

Attendees will be asked to draft their board bio between the two sessions with informal feedback provided.

Additional Information 
Executive-level refers to industry titles that include: Chairman, President, Exec Vice President, Vice President, Assoc Vice President, and Exec Director or equivalent. On the agency/service provider side, senior leaders of practices of 15+ employees are invited to apply with eligible levels include Chairman, President, Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
