Building A High-Impact Learning Culture for Everyone - An Essential Career Skill for Future Success

What does it mean for your professional growth to have a high-impact learning culture?

We need to overcome our biases and assumptions to adopt an open mindset. This will help empower us to engage and promote learning from others and develop our own leadership potential. Nowadays, if you are not continuously learning in this multi-disciplined working world it is easy to be left behind and become outdated.

Come join award-winning speaker and internationally-recognized coach, Bonnie Marcus, for a stimulating workshop on what working in a learning culture means to your career and organization's success. In this session, we will:

• learn what holds us back from having a learning culture
•  understand that we make many assumptions of each other and learn how to change that by asking questions
• engage in interactive discussions around real workplace scenarios
