Nowadays, if you are not continuously learning in this multi-disciplined working world it is easy to be left behind and become outdated.
Come join award-winning speaker and internationally-recognized coach, Bonnie Marcus, for a stimulating workshop on what working in a learning culture means to your career and organization's success. In this session, we will:
• learn what holds us back from having a learning culture
• understand that we make many assumptions of each other and learn how to change that by asking questions
• engage in interactive discussions around real workplace scenarios
