How Full Is Your Bucket? Strategies for Tackling Transitions In Your Career and Your Life

We’ll make our buckets – and then fill them up with what is strong in us, not wrong with us. In the process, you will learn about character strengths, and use mindfulness, strength-spotting, self-compassion and gratitude to support your own growth – which will in turn have an impact on the people around you. It is so very important to know how to fill your own bucket. Research shows that directing our attention to the “positive” in ourselves and others is essential to well-being and resilience. Leave with a full bucket – and a full heart.
