HBA NEW YORK PRESENTS

Unlocking Your Leadership Potential Through Wellness (8 Week Program)

What is standing in the way of you reaching your leadership potential? How could improving your health boost your career prospects? Learn the connections between personal health and professional success from a team of wellness experts, set some SMART goals to tackle this summer, and get the accountability and support you need to achieve them, from fellow HBA members.

Four Topics over an 8 weeks series will cover a range of topics that relate to your physical and mental health, including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and stress management. Each session will start with an expert-led educational component, followed by a breakout into smaller, accountability groups, where you’ll discuss the progress made and obstacles faced in achieving your goal that week. The first meeting will serve as an information gathering session, where you’ll be provided with goal ideas and supportive resources.

Upon registration, you’ll automatically be entered into a private, HBA community created just for this series. This will be a space where you’ll be able to connect with other participants between sessions for sharing photos, tips and encouragement.
