LIFT Symposium: SESSION 1 | An Interactive Keynote Address by Mary Stutts

Join us as we go beyond the benefits of gender equity and explore actionable steps to change behavior, improve inclusivity and realize strategic decision-making. We'll share compelling data and personal experiences that can help your business advance gender goals.

In her Power to Transform Inside Out keynote, Mary Stutts will take LIFT attendees on a narrative journey providing tools for turbulent times including a roadmap to making transformation a reality for themselves, their companies and the future. Examples of the dynamics of women and men in leadership will provide insights on intersectionality and experiential examples of navigating careers in dynamic corporations and the value of inclusive leadership. Attendees will leave motivated and energized to maintain a transformative mindset and help others achieve gender parity as well as career goals. Following her talk Stutts will facilitate an authentic and entertaining Q&A.
