Fit to Lead Journey: Kickstart at The Shoe

HBA Ohio’s Fit to Lead program is a way of developing leadership competencies in yourself through physical fitness and goals. The evening will start with a tour of the amazing OSU stadium, followed by an inspiring presentation and will conclude with developing a customized fitness plan with the ultimate goal of participating in the Pelotonia and/or Columbus Marathon. There will be two tracks offered - group and individual training.

5:30 - 5:45 PM    Registration and networking
5:45 - 6:15 PM    The Ohio State Football stadium tour
6:15 - 6:45 PM    Speaker presentation
6:45 - 7:45 PM    Fitness breakout groups and creating customized fitness and leadership plans

1. Identify fitness/wellness and leadership/career goals through the training of the Pelotonia and/or the Columbus Marathon

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.
