HBA LOS ANGELES PRESENTS

Orange County Event - Elevating Your Voice to Drive Change and Achieve Results

We are kicking off 2018 with an exciting local event in Orange County. Nationally recognized diversity and leadership TEDX speaker, Kimberly Farrell, CEO of Unlimited Performance Training, will lead the group in exploring how to elevate your voice in the workplace to drive change and produce results. She will share five steps for participants to follow to help shape corporate culture, contribute strategically and advocate on behalf of team members. Founder of HBA Chicago and now a SoCal resident, Kimberly will tap into her 25 years of experience in leadership training in the healthcare world to enable participants to begin defining their authentic voice, building allies, sharing well-thought ideas and finding ways to up their game strategically.

In addition, we will be reviewing valuable #MeToo outputs from an HBA executive roundtable taking place earlier in the afternoon. This event promises to be a poignant take on elevating yourself, “advocaring” for others and shaping the culture and environment in your workplace. We encourage attendees to bring male colleagues to this engaging discussion.
