HBA CINCINNATI PRESENTS

Shake Up 2021

Join us as we welcome Erin Holtman, master mixologist. She has been working in the bar and restaurant industry for over 8 years and most recently qualified in the 2020 Regional Finals of the USBG Presents World Class Competition, Sponsored by DIAGEO. She aims to surprise guests with unique drinks that excite all of their senses and leave them inclined to take more chances. She loves how cocktails bring people together and create a sense of community. Especially during a time when many have felt secluded and uncertain about the future. We can't go to the bar and grab a cocktail with our girlfriends to wind down after a long day in the office. But we can hang virtually with our friends now. So why not shake it up and skip a boring cocktail for a more refined, yet easy to make concoction. Lets shake it up! You don't need 10 ingredients to make a balanced drink. There is beauty and power in simplicity. This can be said in life and in the world of cocktails. Grab a couple of ingredients and I can show you how to make a drink that is sure to WOW.
