HBA TAMPA PRESENTS

The Power of Human Connection

The responsibility of embracing a leadership role comes with managing multiple demands. There are teams, clients, and stakeholders to think about. Then, as ambitious women, we are driven by leaving an impactful legacy. How do we manage it all and where do we begin?

The key: the power of human connection.

In this workshop, we will explore the Connection Framework: how to bring curiosity, care, and control to create the connection we all crave. We will move beyond the common clichés around empathy and dig into what it means to lead with this skill. We’ll also bust through connection crashers: the words, phrases, and behaviors we say and do that slowly go to chip away at connection and learn what to do instead. You’ll walk away with practical and tactical tips on how to command more authority and show up more powerfully in your leadership role--by focusing on connection.
