Advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and taking the "Next Step": A Panel Discussion

The Advocating for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and taking the "Next Step" panel will explore successes, challenges, and importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the life sciences industry. This event invites a diverse panel of leaders from various roles and areas of the industry to provide context and insight on the trajectory of DEI work, while also reflecting on their own experiences navigating DEI. The panel will create conversation about what it truly means to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and will seek to identify actionable next steps in furthering the discussion of DEI.
