Event details
The business pressures surrounding leaders today across the healthcare industry are enormous. Leaders are faced with challenges every day that require action. Whether it is dealing with conflict, ambiguity, adversity or opportunity. Whether it includes difficult colleagues or bosses we don’t trust, or just ourselves. How we choose to act is what defines our leadership and shapes our organizations. Join Dr. Louise Klein from courage advisors International as she shares some of the secrets of the most courageous leaders in our industry. She will share insights and learnings from working with leaders all over the world. Dr. Klein will give us a courage model that participants can take with them and utilize to consistently to act courageously and lead courageously each and every day. This will be a highly interactive session where participants will work on a case study and bring the courage model to life.
