AI is reshaping industries overnight. Organizational structures are shifting. The traditional 5-year plan feels increasingly obsolete. Yet leaders at every level are still being asked: Where are you headed? What's your vision? What's your plan?

If that question has ever left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, this session is for you.

In this candid fireside chat, a former corporate leader and a former scientist (both now coaches) bring powerful and complementary perspectives to the same urgent question: how do you lead with vision when the future feels anything but certain? Together with their experience and expertise, they create a conversation that is equal parts strategic and deeply human.

A leader is anyone who takes ownership of their path and influences the people around them. Whether you're mapping out your first leadership role, navigating a pivotal mid-career moment, or positioning yourself for the executive table, you'll walk away with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence to pursue it.

By the end of this session, participants will be understand how to:
• Understand why a personal leadership vision that is grounded in their values and adaptable to an uncertain, fast-changing environment is critical
• Reframe uncertainty as a leadership asset by shifting from a fixed 5-year plan mindset to a flexible, vision-led approach that accounts for AI adoption and industry shifts.
• Use their voice more intentionally by articulating their vision clearly to themselves and to others as a foundation for influence and credibility.
