Event description
Negotiation is a sophisticated communicative art helping us solve conflicts only if we follow structured and precise techniques. In order to obtain the maximum result from any situation, it is important to know how to read a conflict through attentive reality observation and correct and precise preparation. As the art of negotiation needs communicative, relational, emotional and cognitive skills, philosophical counseling represents a great partner for a negotiator.
During this workshop, you will learn, through practical exercises, how to observe and solve a conflict in a workplace environment, where negotiations are often held in an "unconscious" way, following disordered and inadequate modalities due to the complexity and plurality of human and professional relationships.
The seminar will focus on the following aspects:
- How to understand roles, positions and professional relationships in a corporate environment
- How to negotiate respecting the role of each person involved in the negotiation
- How to solve critical situations in an amicable way for all the parties involved
Come and join your colleagues and other healthcare professionals to learn, share and connect for success.
