“Diary of a Leader” with Michele Molden, Recipient of the 2013 HBA Atlanta Leadership Award

Event details
This program will identify the progression of a female leader from early to senior careerist. It will identify the challenges and barriers that women face as seen through a lens of humor and inclusiveness. The intent is to profile a career trajectory and offer sound planning and adaptive principles to women at all stages of their careers.

NOTE:  HBA Members only are also invited to attend the chapter’s Annual Business Meeting which will begin at 6:00pm.  During the Annual Business Meeting, members will review the key highlights and accomplishments of 2014, learn about upcoming plans for the 2015 calendar year and vote on officers and directors-at-large for the coming year.

Learning objectives
1. Identify challenges and barriers before they become insurmountable
2. Utilize adaptive skills to confront and overcome barriers and obstacles
3. Identify a personal and authentic leadership style – based on personal values
