das Buddy-Programm geht in die nächste Runde!
Wir freuen uns, wenn du dabei bist: Los geht’s am 18.08.2021 um 19:00 Uhr per Videokonferenz (Link folgt nach der Registrierung).

Beim HBA Buddy-Programm triffst du Personen, die deine Wunsch-Skills draufhaben, oder andersherum Leute, die gerne von deinem gesammelten Wissen profitieren würden. Wolltest du schon immer dich gut vernetzen innerhalb deiner Firma? Oder dich im Storytelling verbessern, am besten mit Hilfe eines persönlichen Coaches? Gleichzeitig weißt du genau, wie man sich auf LinkedIn richtig gut aufstellt oder kennst die neuesten digitalen Innovationen und möchtest dein Wissen gerne teilen? Perfekt, dann sei am 18.08. dabei!

Agenda:
• Vorstellungsrunde & Einführung: Was bringt dir das Buddy-Programm? (15min)
• Thema des Tages: Recommendation letters: wie können diese den nächsten Karriereschritt unterstützen? Habt ihr Erfahrungen? (10min)
• Biete- und Suche-Posts auf dem Miro-Board (https://bit.ly/36Uismv) (30min)
• Zusammenfassung und Ausblick (5min)

Wir befüllen das Board dann live während der Session und finden die passenden Matches für dich. Eine vorherige Anmeldung bei Miro wäre empfehlenswert, um technischen Schwierigkeiten vorzubeugen.

In the HBA Buddy Program, you will meet people who have your desired skills or, conversely, people who would like to benefit from your knowledge. Have you always wanted to network well within your company? Or improve your storytelling skills, preferably with the help of a personal coach? At the same time, do you know exactly how to present yourself well on LinkedIn or know the latest digital innovations and would like to share your knowledge? Perfect, then be there on 18th of August!

• Topic of the day: recommendation letters: how can they support the next career step? Do you have any experience? (10min)
