HBA LONDON PRESENTS

Meet the HBA at The Pint of Science in Cambridge

Interested in learning more about the HBA and meeting some of our members? Join HBA members, leaders, and others committed to gender parity in an informal setting to learn more about HBA happenings locally and globally. These gatherings have a reputation for forming long-lasting friendships with women in all areas of healthcare and give you a sense of what membership in the HBA is all about.

We are organising this event just before The Pint of Science event. The topic is "Are the new class of GLP-1 anti-obesity medications a panacea?", presented by Professor Giles Yeo (Professor of Molecular Neuroendocrinology and programme leader at the MRC Metabolic Diseases Unit in Cambridge).

We will gather for drinks at Prince Regent from 5 pm, and we will walk (1 min) to the Pint of Science event that kicks off at 6.30 (The Grain and Hop Store).

If you'd like to join The Pint of Science event, this is completely separate from the Meet the HBA event. You will need to have a valid ticket to attend (£5). To save your spot, please click here. Tickets are very limited; secure your spot asap!
