Event details
Imagine if you better understood what drives you and what drives others, so that you could be empowered to communicate in a way that achieves the results you desire? HBA Southern California chapter invites you to learn about your strengths and values through the Strength Deployment Inventory® self-assessment and then join an active learning session about using these insights to improve your relationships and manage conflict more effectively. During this session you will learn how to choose behaviors to accommodate your underlying values, while also taking into account the values of others. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete an SDI Inventory at the beginning of the program and keep it for their continued future growth.
Donations of SDI Inventory instrument are by PSP.
Program facilitation by Daniel Pitlik of Pitlik Consulting Group.
