Active Volunteer Appreciation Event

Event description
To all active volunteers for HBA San Francisco:
Have you been busy actively volunteering during 2015 and the first six months of 2016? Have you greeted an HBA new member, stuffed envelopes, visited a new Corporate Partner or helped with a program this year? Then you know that it takes a lot of time and effort to make all the wonderful HBA events happen at multiple locations. Without your behind the scenes efforts, planning, coordination and enthusiasm, none of these events would be possible.

HBA San Francisco wants to thank you and acknowledge the hard work you have put into planning and making all these events possible. We invite you to join us for an evening of fun and networking with your fellow HBA volunteers at TRES Tequila Lounge & Mexican Kitchen in San Francisco.

Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Please note this event is only for active volunteers of HBA San Francisco (who have volunteered during 2015 and the first six months of 2016).

Learning objectives
1. Acknowledge and show appreciation for the hard work of our active volunteers
2. Learn about the various volunteer work opportunities and the activities fellow volunteers are engaged in
3. Network and enjoy the evening

Special instructions: Valet parking is available for $15. Metered parking is available along 2nd Street and Townsend St. Public Transportation: The Muni #10 bus stops at Townsend and 2nd across from TRES. The San Francisco Station Caltrain station is 2 blocks from TRES (at 4th and Townsend).

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA. As a condition to my participation the activity, I waive and release the HBA and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim that I may have for any damage to property or injury to my person that may result in whole or in part from my participation.
