HBA LOS ANGELES AND HBA ORANGE COUNTY PRESENTS

Building a Culture of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

Elevating diversity and inclusion, and creating a culture of belonging in the workplace is critical to empowering all employees, including women, to reach their full potential and be their authentic selves. By creating an environment that prioritizes an inclusive culture, we not only foster trust and respect, but also strengthen collaboration and innovation, and ultimately our ability to serve patients. This also drives a direct positive impact to the business when employees are empowered to reach their full potential. How can we work together to build a roadmap to create a workplace where everyone feels like they belong?
Topics of discussion may include:
Exploring the value of DI&B in the corporate setting
Sharing experiences from peers and leaders across companies
Discussing best practice and case studies for small/midsize companies looking to expand in DI&B
Identifying actionable steps to apply best practices
Format: Panel discussion
