HBA OLD METRO AREA AND HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Resilience Strategies for a Busy Life

Event description
In today’s world of globalization and continuous digital connection, you can often find yourself exhausted and unable to reignite your fire, passion or energy professionally or personally. But did you know there are ways to create “resiliency” through a wellness and fitness routine? A routine that will allow you to maintain your spark, drive and leadership. Executives surveyed by the EY Women Athletes Business Network and espnW will be presented to realize the connection between women, sports and leadership.

Join us and learn how incorporating wellness and fitness into your life enables you to create “resiliency” that’ll allow you to not only manage your energy and engagement but also reignite your fire or passion. During the event, Ernst & Young will share data demonstrating the correlation and effectiveness of wellness and fitness in creating resilient and effective leaders. Natalie Johnson, the keynote speaker, will then share specific and practical wellness and fitness “hacks” you can implement to create a more energized, engaged and resilient “you”. The event will then close with an executive panel of NNI leaders sharing their personal journey of implementing wellness and fitness routines and the impact its had on their leadership role and personal life.

Learning objectives
1. Identify real-world examples of how high achieving women can integrate fitness and resiliency into their lives to achieve outstanding results
