Training: Communication powered by Difference

Christine Kurmeyer und Michaela Möhlenbeck haben ein Training zusammengestellt, um typische Konfliktmuster aus der Praxis zu durchschauen. In zwei aufeinander aufbauenden Lunch-Sessions werden die unterschiedlichen Kommunikationsstile und -strategien analysiert und mithilfe von Fallsituationen aus dem Alltag gezeigt, wie Frauen diese Kommunikationsunterschiede sinnvoll einsetzen und nutzen können, um sich besser durchzusetzen.

Training Teil 1: 12.08. 12-13 Uhr
‚Unterschiedliche Kommunikationsstile und –strategien‘
Woran können Strukturen und Muster dieser unterschiedlichen Stile erkannt werden? Wie kann darauf reagiert werden? Welche Rolle spielen sie im professionellen Alltag? Und wie kann Durchsetzung in Diskussionen besser gelingen?

Training Teil 2: 02.09. 12-13 Uhr,
‚ …unter Medizinmännern - Erfahrungsbericht aus der Praxis‘.
Wie können Kommunikationsunterschiede sinnvoll eingesetzt und genutzt werden?
