Fostering Women Leaders
Our program invites industry leaders to discuss the benefits of diversity and actions companies are taking to accelerate the change. Addressing the need to accelerate change, topics will include:
- How mentoring and sponsorship are key to women’s advancement in the healthcare industry.
- Considering diversity of thought when building teams.
- Proactive career planning: Take responsibility for your own career, know your strengths and identify opportunities
where you can thrive.
- Share best practices to achieving gender parity.
- Culture starts at the top; leadership is responsible for implementing and communicating policies to reach gender
parity in addition to thoughtful communication of talent development opportunities; how is this implemented in your
organization?
