Please join us for HBA Voices of Tomorrow 2026 Coffee Chat 3 - Time and How We Spend It, scheduled for 16June2026 at 11:30am-12:15pm EST.
How do you spend your free time? When you think about your answer to this question, your mind may be rattling off a list of hobbies that you enjoy, people that you love, and places that feel like home. What your natural response to this question may not include is time spent on screens: social media doom scrolling, Netflix bingeing, cultivating an online persona.
For this coffee chat, we are throwing it back to a coffee chat Voices of Tomorrow hosted in 2023. We will start the coffee chat by watching Dino Ambrosi's Ted Talk "The Battle for Your Time: Exposing the Costs of Social Media". The remaining 30 minutes will be used to discuss the Ted Talk and digest Ambrosi's perspective.
