Today we live in a constantly changing environment and many people set high standards for themselves to manage both their business and their private lives.

This topic will be taken up by Susanne Grätsch, a consultant for Change Management and Coaching on self-management at our next HBA event.

She will guide you through an inspiring evening with interactive discussions focusing on the following aspects:
• What is balance and how do we feel it?
• How do messenger substances impact our physical and emotional state?
• Do the self-check: How to achieve a balance in the spheres of life
• The expectations of oneself and other stress patterns that might prevent a balance
• Opportunities how to leverage the own well-being and the quality of life

The presentation will be held in German.
