Please join HBA San Francisco, along with sponsors Bayer and Deloitte, for a panel discussion on “Gender Parity in Healthcare: The Time Is Now”.

Hosted at Deloitte's San Francisco offices, this event will feature an engaging panel representing different areas of healthcare that will discuss the current state of gender parity in the global workplace and what healthcare companies are doing to address it. The panel will feature speakers from the HBA, Bayer, Deloitte and Roche/Genentech who will share insights from the HBA's position on gender parity and discuss what healthcare and life sciences companies are doing to increase awareness of the issues facing their female workforces. Join the conversation and get a first-hand look at what trends are emerging to help to prepare and align women into more leadership roles in healthcare.
