HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

Leading With Emotional Intelligence With EQi.2.0 Leadership Self-Assessment

Event description
The key aspects of emotional intelligence are self-awareness, self-mastery, empathy and handling relationships.

The emotional intelligence self-assessment is a powerful psychological tool that is fully validated and reliable for evaluating an individual's emotional intelligence. It improves self-awareness and the feedback gained can serve as a catalyst for leadership and executive team-building. This method will emphasize the impact that emotions have on behaviors, decision-making and judgement for all types of leadership.

Join Dr. Scott Livingston, executive coach and consultant, who will lead the workshop and provide you with the tools necessary to access your own emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence can be leveraged to enhance your personal success and leadership potential. As a more effective leader, you can enhance the performance of your organization and satisfaction of your clients.

Your program event fee includes appetizers, venue, networking and workshop materials.
