HBA BOSTON-CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENTS

An Unexpected Journey: My Personal Path to Leading a Public Company. A Fireside Chat

Event description
The HBA Boston Executive Women’s Series committee is pleased to bring this outstanding experience to the greater Boston area on Wednesday, November 30 for a catered event at WilmerHale.

Join Jodie Morrison, CEO, Tokai Pharmaceuticals, for a candid fireside chat about her professional journey to leadership of a publicly traded biotechnology company. Jodie's story demonstrates that there is no single path to the corner office, and she shares some of the surprising twists and turns that took her there. Despite bumps in the road, Jodie has retained her values, her priorities, her optimism and her passion for supporting the advancement of women and achievement of gender parity in the industry. There is much that will resonate with our audience of senior leaders in Jodie's experiences and outlook.

Dinner and drinks will be provided, and there will be ample opportunity for networking with Jodie and the other senior leaders present at the event before and after the facilitated discussion.

Eligibility criteria must be met to participate. Participation in the Executive Women's Series (EWS) event is open to HBA members and nonmembers at the senior director level and above. Please refer to the HBA Boston website for details on eligibility criteria for participation in EWS events.
