In this session, Elizabeth Prather, Mindfulness Consultant and Mentor, will share:
- Mental strategies to help you enhance your own self-care so that you can be the best version of yourself – for you and for others
- A mindfulness meditation practice to enhance self-awareness, focus, and peace of mind
