Can Mindfulness Increase My Self-Confidence?

Do you happen to feel trapped in a cage where the bars are our thoughts and it would be enough to tear them down one breath - our breath. Mindfulness helps us interrupt the flow of erratic thinking and develop self-awareness and the attention necessary to avoid falling into ruminations and mental automatism followed by many automatic responses.

Mindfulness is about bringing attention to our experience in the present moment. Its aim is to help us learn how to tolerate, accept and even appreciate our pain and emotional experiences. Mindfulness work teaches us how to really show up in our lives without being constantly distracted and without wishing for things to be other than they are.

During the event, mindfulness expert Maurizio Bernoni, PhD, will show us how our brain works and will teach us how we could better react to adversities increasing our self-confidence both at work and in our private life. All that is needed to join the event is a curious mind and a willing spirit.
