HBA DENVER PRESENTS

How to Ignite Diversity and Inclusion Strategies that Support Growth

Event description
Join HBA Denver to learn more about the importance of women in leadership. Women in leadership and diversity in the workplace are two complicated issues that are inextricably related. You really can't have one without the other. They are issues that organizations must address in an effective and timely way if they are to remain competitive. Women continue to be underrepresented in leadership roles in virtually all economic, governmental, educational and cultural institutions. Meanwhile, diversity in the workplace encompasses a wide variety of racial, gender, ethnic and other issues that must be recognized, accepted and addressed if an organization is going to have a genuinely inclusive approach to the markets it serves. There is a need for immediate action by organizations because these issues will only increase in the coming years, particularly as the demographic profile of our country continues to rapidly evolve.

Dinner is in included in registration fee. Beverages are available for purchase.
